 Refund & Replacement Policy

At Selforia, we believe in transparency, quality, and fairness. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds. However, replacements are available in clearly defined and verified situations, as outlined below.

We request all customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase.



No Refund Policy

Selforia follows a no-refund policy on all orders once they are confirmed.

This policy allows us to ensure consistent pricing, quality control, and fairness for all customers.



Replacement Policy (Verification Required)

Replacements are considered only after verification and only in the following cases:



1. Damaged Product on Delivery

If a product is received in damaged condition:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory

The video must show the sealed package being opened and the damage clearly visible


Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.



2. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos of the received items along with your order ID

The product must be unused and in original condition


After verification, we will arrange pickup of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct product.



3. Missing Item

In the event of a missing item:

A complete unboxing video is compulsory

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from start to finish


Without proper video proof, missing item claims will not be accepted.



Exchange Option (Limited & Chargeable)

Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If approved:

Exchange is allowed only for products of equal or higher value

Any price difference must be paid by the customer

A ₹150 shipping & handling fee applies to all exchanges


Exchange requests based solely on personal preference are limited.



Request Timeframe

All replacement or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Requests made after this period will be strictly declined.



Product Condition Guidelines

For any replacement or exchange to be approved:

Products must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Items showing signs of wear or damage after use will not qualify

 

Final Review & Authority

Every request is reviewed carefully and fairly by our team.
However, Selforia reserves the right to make the final decision on all replacement and exchange requests after verification.
